William Noel Tucker, 66, of Lampasas, Texas passed away at his home in May 2022. He was born on December 22, 1955, in Abilene, Texas to William Hudson and Shelby Laneta (Hobbs) Tucker. William was a musician and played the guitar. His favorite guitarist was Dimebag Darrell, and he was an avid fan of Pantera, the Beatles, Pink Floyd, and Lamb of God. He was a comedian, a hippie, a Cowboy’s fan, enjoyed watching Ancient Aliens, Carl Sagan’s Cosmos and any other programs involving conspiracy theories and astrophysics. He loved being a grandfather and loved children and babies. Mr. William’s survivors include his mother, Laneta Tucker of Sand Springs, Texas, son, Tanner Tucker and fiancé Cara of Belton, daughter, Starla Rodriguez and husband Rene of Deer Park, Texas, brother, Danny Tucker of Sand Springs, and sisters, Connie Carter of San Angelo, and Sheryl Tucker Childers of Sand Springs. He was blessed with grandchildren, Deshaun, Mariah, George, Leniyah, and Jayden. He is preceded in death by his father. There will be a memorial service later in Belton, Texas. Mr. Tucker will be cremated. Arrangements are entrusted to Heritage Funeral Home of Lampasas, Texas.
