Lera Mae Davee, 81 years old, of Brady Texas, passed on June 24,2022 in Brady Texas. Lera was born on November 13, 1940, in rural Arkansas, and was a manager most of her life due to her never wishing to work for anyone else. She is preceded in death by her parents, Dan Johnson and Dessie Ensey, her three sisters, Betty, Linda, and Jeneva as well as a child, Tommy Beard, and one Grandchild, Michael. Lera leaves behind her children, sons Terry Beard, and his wife Tracy, Ted Beard and his wife Frances, Timmy Beard, as well as their children. There are 11 beloved and cherished Grandchildren, as well as numerous Great-Grandchildren, and lastly Lera's sister, Chele Brewer. A Memorial Service will take place, to celebrate the life of Lera, a well-known and well-loved woman, on Saturday, July 2, 2022, at Rochelle Baptist Church located at 6102 SE 5th St., Rochelle, Texas, 76872 at 4:00 PM.
